Choosing your length:

5m — The right call for a clean, tidy garage or carport install where your car parks in roughly the same spot every time. Less cable to manage, easier to coil and store, and it keeps things neat.

7m — The most popular choice for a reason. Gives you enough reach to handle driveways where the car isn't always parked in exactly the same position, tandem parking situations, or garages where the charger isn't mounted right next to where the charge port ends up. Enough length to be flexible, not so much that it's a pain to deal with.

10m — When standard lengths fall short. Wide driveways, awkward parking layouts, shared spaces, or setups where the charger is mounted further away than ideal. How to use:

Starting a charge is straightforward. Remove the protective cap from the connector plug and insert it firmly into your charging station socket — make sure it's seated all the way. Then pull out the cable, lock it in place, remove the cap from the charging plug, and insert it into your vehicle. Your car will confirm the active charge on its display.

When you're done, remove the plug from the vehicle first, replace the protective cap, release the cable lock, and guide the cable back carefully.

A few important safety notes:

Never insert fingers into the EV connector. Don't use the cable if the cord, insulation or connectors show any signs of damage, fraying or cracking — replace it. Don't use with an extension cord. Keep away from water, flooding or flammable materials. Don't modify the cable in any way — this voids the warranty immediately. Keep out of reach of children when in use, and don't place heavy objects on the cable or reel.
