DOMESTIC AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Standard shipping can range from 3-7 business days.
Express shipping can range from 1-3 business days.
We also offer Expedited Shipping where we will pack and ship your order immediately upon receiving your order. Jump the queue with our other orders!
Please note our delivery times are an estimate and we cannot guarantee that they will be dispatched same or next day if there are high volumes. This is also in particular reference to our big and bulky items such as floor mat or trunk boot mats as they require specific couriers for pick up and delivery. If you need your item asap, please opt for expedited express and your item will be guaranteed a same day dispatch.

Returns

We understand that circumstances change — however once an order is placed our team begins processing it immediately, which incurs warehousing, picking, packing, admin and payment processing costs on our end.
If you need to cancel an order, the following applies:
Orders cancelled before dispatch are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total order value. This fee covers the costs already incurred including:
- Payment processing and gateway fees
- Warehouse picking and packing labour
- Restocking and inventory management
- Admin and order processing time
The remaining 80% will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You are welcome to return the item once received under our standard Returns Policy (change-of-mind returns apply).
How to request a cancellation:
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@evaccessoriesaustralia.com or via our contact form. The sooner you contact us, the better — once a label is printed or the parcel is handed to the courier, the order is considered dispatched. -
At EV Accessories Australia, we want you to love everything you've ordered from us. However, if you’ve changed your mind or have chosen the wrong item, we’re happy to offer you an exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Please note: The product, Premium Package Protection, is non-refundable, as it functions as an insurance-style add-on for your delivery.

We offer an exchange, store credit or refund (excluding restocking, handling, shipping, duties, taxes, and/or processing fees) on all orders. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage.
- Restocking fee does not apply to returns made for store credit or exchanges.
- Restocking fee of 20% is subject to apply for returns made back to the original payment.
- Sale items or Premium Package Protection cannot be returned or exchanged.

- One exchange per order for change of mind is allowed.

PRESALE

A pre-sale item is a product that is not yet in stock but is available to order in advance. By purchasing a pre-sale item, you secure your spot in the queue and lock in your price before the product arrives. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase and your order is confirmed immediately.

Each pre-sale product displays an estimated ship date on the product page. This is our best current estimate based on our shipping information and is subject to change. We will always notify you promptly if the date changes and you will receive your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

By default, your entire order will be held and dispatched together once all items — including your pre-sale item — are available. This means your in-stock items will wait until your pre-sale item arrives before we ship everything out in one go.
If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please contact us at hello@evaccessoriesaustralia.com and we'll arrange to split your shipment and send your available items first. Please note that split shipments may incur an additional shipping charge.

No — only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
DISCOUNT CODES

Our discount codes apply to full-priced EV Accessories Australia products only. They do not apply to distributor products including Snap Shades, Bowden's Own and SEVR items, or to any sale or already-discounted products.

There are a few common reasons a code might not work:
- The item in your cart is a distributor product (Snap Shades, Bowden's Own or SEVR) — these are excluded from all discount codes
- The item is already on sale or discounted
- The code has already been used — welcome codes are one-time use only
- The code has expired
- You're trying to combine two codes — only one code can be used per order

Unfortunately we're unable to apply discount codes retrospectively once an order has been placed and processed. Codes must be entered at checkout. We're sorry for any inconvenience — please make sure to apply your code before completing your order next time!

Unfortunately no — welcome codes and all general discount codes exclude distributor products including SEVR, Snap Shades and Bowden's Own. These exclusions are noted in the terms and conditions included in your welcome email and on our FAQ page.

Absolutely! We offer Click & Collect from our Redland Bay warehouse. Simply place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Our 12-month warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 30 days of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.
