Our Story
EV Accessories Australia (formerly BYD Accessories Australia) was founded by Ross and Phoebe in sunny Brisbane, Australia.
Ross is a lifelong car enthusiast whose collection has included Hondas, Audis, Teslas, Mercedes, Porsches and more. His journey with BYD began when he discovered a vehicle that could truly do it all.
Phoebe brings the operational heart of the business — keeping everything running, orders packed and customers looked after.
Together they make a pretty good team. Luckily, they got married to each other too 😊
WHERE WE BEGAN
Recognising a gap in the market for premium accessories and parts for BYD and EV vehicles, Ross and Phoebe set out to fill it.
After months of research, testing and product development — including personally visiting dealerships to test fitment on real cars — EV Accessories Australia was born.
Everything we sell has been tested before it goes on the site. If it doesn't fit perfectly, it doesn't make the cut.
WHERE WE ARE GOING
As a proudly Australian-owned and operated business based in Redland Bay, Brisbane, we are passionate about supporting EV owners across Australia with top-quality accessories that actually fit their exact car.
We started with BYD and we are growing — Zeekr, Denza, Geely, GWM and more are on the horizon.
We pay Australian GST, we employ locals and we answer our own emails. We're not a faceless marketplace — we're two real people who genuinely care about getting it right.
Fun fact: Ross drives a Shark 6 and a Denza B5. Phoebe is the reason no more cars are allowed in the house. 😂
