At BYD Accessories Australia, we know how frustrating it can be when your order arrives damaged—or worse, doesn’t arrive at all. Unfortunately, most couriers don’t take responsibility, and navigating their claims processes can be slow and painful.

That’s why we offer Premium Package Protection. For just $3.99, you get a simple, stress-free solution if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Please note: Premium Package Protection is non-refundable, as it functions as an insurance-style add-on for your delivery.

What’s Covered?

📦 Damaged on Delivery
If your items arrive damaged, simply file a claim with us—we’ll replace the item or issue store credit if a replacement isn’t available.

🚫 Marked Delivered, But Not Received
If your package was marked “delivered” but hasn’t shown up, please wait at least 3 days (but no more than 15 days) before lodging a claim. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.

❌ Not Delivered at All
If your order is still in transit and hasn’t been marked as delivered within 15 days of dispatch, we’ll consider it lost and issue store credit or a replacement if stock permits.

When Is a Package Considered Lost?

A package is considered lost if it hasn’t been delivered within 15 days of dispatch. Claims must be made within 30 days of the dispatch date for Premium Package Protection to be valid.

How to File a Claim

Contact us via our Contact Us form or Live Chat with:

• Your Order ID

• Contact info

• Description of the issue

• Photos of any damage (if applicable)

Use subject line: “Premium Package Protection Order [Your Order Number]” for faster processing.
Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.

If You Didn’t Purchase Premium Package Protection

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist with lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. You’ll need to contact the courier directly for resolution.
