Yes — everything comes with a 1 Year Warranty. If something's not right, get in touch and we'll sort it out. We're a small Aussie business and our reputation matters to us, so we don't make warranty claims difficult.

You've got 14 days to return it — just make sure it's unused and in its original packaging. Head to our contact page and Ross or Phoebe will sort it out directly. You can choose full store credit with no fees, or a refund back to your original payment method with a small 20% handling fee.

Standard shipping is free over orders $120 and takes 2–8 business days, Express is $14.95 (1–4 business days via AusPost), or upgrade to Expedited Express for $24.95 to get it in 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves us :)
