• No mic sound? Make sure master and mic volumes are up and the mic has power. If still unresolved, reset the mic to repair the UHF code — check the product page video or user manual for details
• USB-A port occupied by a dash cam? Simply use a locally purchased USB hub for the receiver
• Experiencing audio delay? Disable "Sync Accent Lights with Music" in ToyBox
• If the issue persists, update the receiver firmware via the MicAssistant app on the Google Play Store
